At the end of each fiscal year, apartment owners whose apartments have been rented out in their absence will receive an itemised detailed statement of the rental income.
A 10% deduction will be made from the income generated by all apartments to cover operating costs, maintenance and repair. The BET AG will charge a flat rate of 25% for their marketing services and the operation of the resort. The remaining net income will be distributed proportionately among the apartment owners based on the purchase price they have paid. This account shall be verified by an external auditor (currently BDO AG, Lucerne).
